Darren L. Besic

Darren has been licensed to practice in the State of Illinois since 1985. Having recently merged his practice (Besic Law Offices, P.C. of Batavia, Illinois) with the firm in May of 2015, he brings over 30 years of experience in consumer and commercial litigation and bankruptcy, representing major banks, financing companies and lending institutions in both State and Federal Courts.

Darren practices primarily in general civil litigation with emphasis on creditor's rights, consumer and commercial collections, possessory actions (detinues and replevins), forfeitures, and title defense matters. He also has extensive experience representing the interests of secured and unsecured creditors in all bankruptcy matters.

Darren L. Besic received his Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University, College of Law, DeKalb, Illinois and his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Blackburn College, Carlinville, Illinois. He is currently licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of Illinois. Darren is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Kane County Bar Association.
